This agreement is for the rental of a photo booth and/or services as detailed below.  This agreement is made between the undersigned Purchaser and Hashtag Photobooth (HTP).

Payment:  A $100.00 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required upon receipt of this agreement. The event date above is not guaranteed until the deposit and completed rental agreement is received in full by HTP.  Deposit is for the purpose of reserving the services of HTP required under the terms herein.  Final payment is due 7 days before the event.  Payment must be made by cash, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check.  Please make all checks payable to:  Michelle Yoon.

Cancellation:  In the event of cancellation, the deposit of $100.00 is forfeited by Purchaser.  Cancellation must be received in writing on the part of Purchaser no later than 30 days prior to the event.  Cancellation received within 48 hours of the event date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total rental amount immediately due and payable to HTP.

Additional Terms:  Purchaser agrees to pay for parking costs for HTP.  Purchase agrees to provide up two meals for attendant(s) of HTP if available at the venue.  HTP is not responsible for the quantity of photos taken at any particular event.

Copyrights:  Purchaser agrees that HTP reserves the rights to use all event photos for any purpose including marketing and for use on its website.

Damaged Equipment:  Purchaser agrees to pay for the repair and/or replacement value of all equipment and materials which are damaged during the event, unless said damage is caused by HTP.

Indemnification:  Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold HTP harmless for damages arising from late arrival or failure to appear due to any factor beyond the reasonable control of HTP.

Early Arrival Charge: Customer agrees to pay a fee of $75.00 per hour (pro-rata) for Early Arrival.  If Customer requests an arrival time earlier than one hour prior to operating time, Early Arrival Charge shall apply for that additional time period.

Relocation Charge: Customer agrees to pay a fee of $150.00 for each time the photobooth needs to be relocated during the event.  This charge applies to Customer who requests more than one location of operation at the event.

This agreement is VOID if not received within 10 days from the date of initiation by HTP.  No further notification will be given with regards to re-booking.

Total Rental Amount: $945

Time Start/ #Hours of Service: 4 hours

Package: Open Air Photobooth

Package Details: Setup, teardown, unlimited prints, DSLR photography, custom backdrop, props and accessories, customizable photo templates with event branding, professional attendant during entire event, and online gallery of photos.
